| D8.4 | Stage One—Wonder This stage typically begins 2-3 years before exploration, sometimes much longer. It is when you started to seriously question what you were seeing and experiencing in form. What was true and what wasn’t true? Where did you find yourself? Was your life experience stable or was it crumbling? What was your emotional state of being like during this time frame? Some levels of turmoil with job loss, relationship change, and resulting anxiety and depression are very common at this stage. These things can happen throughout a lifetime, so just focus on the period directly proceeding to Stage Two. |
