| C33.1 | We begin each day by waking up, putting our feet flat on the floor, and taking in numerous and full inhales and exhales. At this point we are ready to repeat this prayer as an individual Christ, and as a member of the Christ Community. It can be read as it is written, or individualized with changes here and there, to better suit an individual Christ’s circumstances. Let us begin. I offer this prayer to you, the lights of the world.
